Blood thirst

Drinking blood... why do I do that again? Just bought myself a very bloody, rare piece of meat at the store (cow, of course). Right after I got home I poured myself a glass of the blood it bathed in. A few seconds in the microwave, and then just gulped it. OH MY GOD! I could never be a vampire! It was like drinking liquid metal. Human blood is much sweeter, smooth and thick, caressing your throat, clinging to your gum... Perhaps I could just add some sugar to it? Or stick to eating the damn steak cooked like normal people do.

I feel kinda high right now, which is nice. For some reason I just thought of the vampire series "True Blood", where the humans drank vampire blood to get high. We'll see how this goes, eating meat twice a day. I never eat breakfast anyway, and I don't like bacon (ruining good meat? Why?!), which would have been given if I was to eat meat for breakfast. For that I'll stick to pancakes, or chicken. That's also meat, I kinda forgot. Which is awkward, since I'm one of those people that glare at and lecture people who consider themselves vegeterians but still eat fish and chicken. White meat is also meat.

I must have been some predator in my past life. I remember hiding in the shadows at night, watching possible preys for hours, slowly sneaking up. Talons for hands and feet, wings like a bat, I was fast and feral. A mouth full of long sharp fangs and a big apetite for blood and meat. But I don't remember actually hunting for prey, or eating... things. I still have those instincts, but for some reason they are directed at humans. I do approve of cannibalism... what's that I said about questionable morals, again? I've thought about it, but then I came to my senses again. Can't go around eating people, how would that look on a resume?
