I'm listening to "Friday I'm in love" by The Cure and smile to myself. Cause sometimes it doesn't suck. And I couldn't wish for a better person to be in love with. I think I'm feeling a tad bit better now, but I don't know why, cause I doubt things have changed much. It's just a vague sensation, like a vibe or something. I'm syncing with him and hope that he can sync with me too, somehow. But that would be asking for too much. So not asking, just hoping.
Cause I know that it's useless desperately trying to feel better and ignoring the pain. Better to just let it be and let if fade by itself. No, this is no nonsense advice, I'm saying it cause it's always worked for me.
Also I bought a new acne cream today that I'm trying out, and hopefully I'll see some results from using it over time. It's a cute little bottle that I will most likely have used up in less than a week. Sigh... my skin is a sad story.
I suppose that the kind of acne that I'm dealing with isn't so easy to get rid of. It doesn't pop up because of stress or being exposed to pollution of any kind, or of any other apparent reason. It's just always there. So there's really nothing I can do to prevent it. And don't say "eat better" because obviously I can't do that either.
I can take supplements though, which I do, especially vitamin C is good for the skin. And I wash and scrub and moisturise daily/when I think it's needed. You shouldn't scrub every day. But if I still haven't seen any change in a couple of weeks or a month or so I'm likely gonna go to a doctor and see if I could get some help there. Still a teenager at 25 kinda sucks.
Also bought disinfection cream for my hands. Never liked those before, but since I've been a bit lazy with washing my hands lately (I painfully admit) I thought it might be good investing in one.
As long as I remember to keep my fingers from my lips that is, cause that shit doesn't taste very nice. Like a combination of raw alcohol and soap. I suppose this one has some kind of oil in it too, cause it's moisturising. However, I don't want to sip on it.
