Warm or cold?

I don't really understand how the sun, or daylight, can make me so weak. I've been out in the sun for about 15 minutes now and I feel like I've just woken up from a slumber. Dizzy, distant, empty. It drains me, somehow. All kinds of light, for that matter. If I'm in a brightly lightened room, same thing happens. Shut the lights off, or wait until the sun goes down, and I'll become more alert. So yeah, summer isn't my favourite season. Other than that, it seems as though I can't really feel temperatures anymore. When it was 30 degrees during midsummer, 10 degrees last night, or 20 degrees an hour ago - it all feels the same. This might be weird to some, but to me it's very strange. I can usually tell the difference between quarters of degrees, and now I can't feel the difference between twenty degrees!?

This could be interpreted as me not feeling so well, but honestly I don't know what's going on. It could be that, since it's been like this for weeks now, and I suppose I'm still somewhat of a wreck. Not suicidal anymore, but still a wreck. Someone at the psych-ward said that me feeling cold in the warm summer days could be due to my smoking, but I wasn't really cold, I was just not warm. Whatever this is might have a natural explaination, but it worries me that I can't tell if I'm cold or warm.

Other than that, I'm doing quite okay. Sleeping sound, eat at least twice a day; no major anxiety breakdowns, anger outbursts or overwhelming sadness episodes. Those might be my most common emotions, come to think of it: fear, anger and sadness. And creativity, which in my case is an emotion all of it's own.

For some reason I've gotten a lot of wrong number calls lately. What's up with that? Do people all around Sweden really just press the wrong digits and it so happens they all reach my cell phone, or has my number gotten in the wrong hands allover the country? I'm not giving it away that easily, am I? I don't know. I'm not blaming anyone for not keeping track of what they do with my phone number, it's just that I'm starting to wonder why I get at least one wrong number call a week, all of a sudden.
