Interesting or annoying

These constant, mild hallucinations are getting annoying. Everything looks like it's moving or changing shape or act just over all fucking strange. Like yesterday I saw there was a dead fly in a glass half filled with tropic juice in my sink. I saw it still there today, just that this time there were bubbles in the juice and the fly was twitching. I thought, jeesh is it still alive?! And what is that drink that has bubbles in it days after smolking around in my sink?

A picture of a person standing up, suddenly changes position. The person took a step back and looked over their shoulder before returning to "default" position again. A towel hanging over a chair to dry suddenly flaps in the wind - except there is no wind. Everything seem to come to life in short bursts. People in pictures getting uncomfortable in their fixed positions, zombie flies, oh and sewing thread that suddenly changes colour and then back again before I can find the right word for the colour it so briefly had.

My reaction time has increased significantly. Had a casual conversation with my contact person of the crew just now, and every time I answered or said something I needed at least 2 seconds to respond. And though my attention span is quite short, I have more patience than normally. As for an example, I can't focus on writing this text but keep going back to it without giving up. Though I can easily watch through a whole film or tv-show episode through without having to pause it for stupid reasons.

It's easier to keep awake while watching a film than scrolling online, or writing. Definitely reading. I can't read much at all at this stage. If I read through this whole blog entry without pauses I will several times enter a very weird state where the text blurs and moves around, and on the white background appears animations from WoW, a magical forest or a peaceful but distracting desert much like the one in the film "The Cell" - making it hard to read the text.

Now to the weird part: I'm still able to read, and I continue reading when this occurs, but I'm not able to remember what was said in the text. It's quite unlike anything else, and rather beautiful and dream like, and in this stage it's hard for me to know if it's a hallucination of sorts or that I've actually fallen asleep. But it's too consistent and repetitive for sleep dreaming.
